The Street Style Files: Hong Kong

DSC_0164

So Hong Kong got me vintage shopping  on the side of Queens road at 11PM, I mean PM!!!

Fashion is everywhere you look in this city and whilst I stopped counting the Chanel, Gucci and Ferragamo roaming the streets. What really got to me was the unique sense of style of your everyday Hong Kongese and the way the streets are a melting pot of understated monochrome elegance, quirky and loud. You do find a strong Korean fashion influence and of course one can’t help but recognise the superior quality of Japanese fabrics. Fashion walk in Causeway bay is a must for affordable local fashion.

Here are some of the street style looks I was able to capture and some of my own, pour l’amour de la Sape.

Enjoy!
